Editing leagues

Hello,

I am Brazilian and playing "Championship Soccer" for two weeks. As a fan of SWOS, I really liked the game and decided to upgrade it by entering all the divisions of the Campeonato Brasileiro and the Copa do Brasil. But I have found some errors. I describe them below:

I) in the Copa do Brasil, playing only teams that do not compete for the Copa Libertadores. I searched the forum and found the statement "exclude" but not sure how to use it. My question is if I delete teams of the Libertadores, where I have to start the game with the international competitions. Proceeds?

II) When editing the file "competitions.txt and International teams, created countries Montenegro and Serbia as separate (as it is in reality). But the add teams in these countries, on the 1st and 3rd Qualifying Qualifying, the game did not recognize them. Instead of having four teams in the 1st Qualifiyng, only two were fighting. And instead of having 30, had 20 teams in the 3rd. I have no idea it would be.

Conclude by praising the game. I have a dream to make a game like this and knowing Championship Soccer, I had many ideas.

I was looking the topics and have another question. What is the mean of "<32" in this line?

If currently less than 32 teams are added, add another team.

very useful instruction. I'm trying right now this instruction in my problematics cups.

And anoter question:

If I use "! metar XXXX" for each team I solve the problem about snow in Brazil?

I tested here and could solve many of the problems, but one remains. I'll explain putting parts of the code. First things first:

The game comes with Yugoslavia, but as everyone knows it was separated in two other countries: Montenegro and Serbia. I created the two countries as you can see below ...
